The working plan of the Working Group gives an outline of its tasks, which is mainly to elaborate proposals concerning the mission, structure, activities and financing of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office of the Western Balkans.

During its first meeting in Berlin, the RYCO working group decided upon its working principles.
